Cancellation by Guest
More than 15 days before arrival
Eligible for a full refund of the advance payment after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges, if any.
Between 7 and 15 days before arrival
Eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the advance payment.
Less than 7 days before arrival
No refund will be applicable.
No-Show
Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and no refund shall be issued.
Modification of Booking
Requests for date changes are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cancellation by Maachli
In the unlikely event that Maachli must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
